Q: What is a Pre-Order?
A: Pre-Orders are for items that are not yet in stock but are scheduled for release at a later date. This process allows you to secure the item upon its release, reducing the risk of it being sold out elsewhere. Estimated ship dates for pre-orders are listed in the product description but may change depending on the manufacturer. Please note that these dates are estimates and subject to revision.
Q: How long will it take for my pre-ordered item to arrive?
A: Once we receive your pre-ordered items, we will ship them to you within 48 hours. You’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your item has shipped.
Q: Will items in my order ship separately as they arrive?
A: Yes, all items will ship individually as they arrive.
Q: When will I be charged for my pre-order?
A: Payment is processed at the time of purchase to secure your item.
Q: Can I cancel a pre-order?
A: Yes, cancellations are allowed. However, please note that since our orders are fulfilled based on pre-orders, cancellations will only qualify for a full credit or exchange. Refunds may be subject to restocking fees of up to 25%, depending on credit card processing fees and other costs associated with the order.
Q: Why has someone else received the item I pre-ordered before me?
A: Different retailers and individuals receive shipments from manufacturers at varying times. Ordering from us guarantees you’ll secure limited-release items, but it does not ensure you’ll receive them before others. Our receipt of products may lag by up to 4 weeks (or more) compared to other retailers. Rest assured, once we receive our shipment, your item will ship promptly. We encourage you to sign up for our email newsletter to stay updated on shipping schedules and any changes to estimated release dates.
Q: Why has the delivery date for my pre-order changed?
A: Release dates for pre-orders are determined by the manufacturer and may shift due to factors like production delays, shipping disruptions, or supply chain challenges. We’ll update item descriptions, send email notifications, and share updates in our newsletter as soon as new information becomes available.
